Health & Wellness Introduction

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center offers equipment designed for all types of fitness enthusiasts. We offer a comprehensive array of cardiovascular, secularized weight equipment and free weights, and functional training. Our diverse membership ranges from age thirteen to senior citizens. Our fully trained staff is ready to get you started with your own personalized exercise program and answer any questions you may have on health and fitness. Make an appointment with our knowledgeable fitness staff and take advantage of your three (3) free orientation sessions.

The JCC's Group Exercise Schedule is as diverse as our members. We offer classes to increase your strength, improve your flexibility and challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Descriptions of each class are listed below.

Fitness classes are FREE for members.
Non-members can participate in group fitness classes at the following rates:  
$45/5 classes •  $88/10 classes  •  $128/15 classes  •  $165/20 classes  •  $200/25 classes

Massage

The JCC offers therapeutic massages in our specially designed massage room which is conveniently adjacent to the fitness center. Our therapists are certified by a nationally accredited school of massage and are prepared to help work away your stress. Appointments for massage may be made at the front desk. Payment must be made at time of appointment. Notice of at least 24 hours must be given when canceling an appointment. Personal Training

JCC members can work with a personal trainer to set realistic goals and create a safe, effective workout program based on past and present workout and health history. All JCC personal trainers are certified through a national association and must complete on-going training. The JCC Personal Trainers and their certifications are listed below.

We offer personal training in the following ways:
•One-on-One Personal Training - Private sessions aimed at achieving your fitness goals.
•Partner Personal Training (2) - Bringing a friend or family member and help with motivation.This is a great way to get a work out in while having fun.
•Group Personal Training (3 or more) - Get your friends together to have some fun and break a sweat.

Our trainers specialize in the following areas:
• General weight loss
• Special populations, including: diabetes, osteoporosis, geriatrics, youth fitness, pre- and post-natal fitness
• Sports specific training
• Functional fitness training
• Figure/fitness competition training
