Everyone needs exercise. It enhances physiological capacity and improves
quality of life. The endless benefits to maintaining a regular exercise
program include reducing the risk of heart disease, maintaining ideal
weight, improving self-esteem and reducing stress levels. For those
who enjoy group fitness, the JCC offers a dynamic, exhilarating variety
of aerobic and non-aerobic classes. Group fitness classes are
included in JCC memberships. Non-members may purchase 16
classes for $135 or 24 classes for $195.
