Aquatics Programs

The JCC pool offers relaxation and recreation for every member of your family. Our facility is comprised of a 6-lane 25 yard, heated, indoor swimming pool. Whether you want to swim laps or do some water walking, the pool is perfect for you. For adults 16 years and older, slip into our whirlpool and let the jets melt your stress away. There is also a sauna and steam room for you to enjoy after your workout.


SWIM LESSONS
The JCC offers swim lessons for those of all ages and ability levels.  From infants to adults, the JCC offers a class that will suit your needs.  JCC swim classes are taught by certified water instructors.  Everyone participating in swim lessons must register (members and non-members).  Private swim lessons are also available.

WATER FITNESS
The water is beneficial to everyone of every ability.  A wide variety of water exercise classes are offered to suit all our members' needs.  The benefits range from stopping the pain of arthritis to improving cardiovascular strength.  Water fitness classes are included in JCC memberships.  Non-members may purchase 16 classes for $135 or 24 classes for $195. OTHER AQUATIC CLASSES
The JCC trains future lifeguards and water safety instructors at different times throughout the year.  American Red Cross certification is received upon successful completion of each course.  For a complete list of Other Aquatic Classes, go to the Adult Swim section of the JCC Program Guide.
