Adult Day at the J

Thursday, Sept. 16 and Oct. 14
from 12:30 PM - 3 PM

Members can start their day with an exercise routine, the 11-11:45 Aquatics Arthritis Class, Deep Water Class or the popular MSROM class in the dance studio. Following classes, members and non-members can join us at 12:30 for our newest social program!

We’ll start with a light bite, followed by an intellectually stimulating speaker. Afterwards, stick around for a relaxed afternoon of cards, games and social time with friends.
Our Adult Day at the J will include speakers on a variety of topics of interest. We will post them prior to the session on our message boards throughout the building.
Please register at the front desk before the program.
