Youth Fitness Programs

To help harness and direct your child’s boundless energy, our youth fitness department offerings provide a variety of classes for children ages 1 to 9 years old. We are your child’s first positive experience with fitness!

The JCC is your place to enjoy both organized and recreational sports. These classes present healthy exercise, discipline, team spirit, positive self esteem, competition and a chance to interact with peers. As a SPARK agency, our programs are designed to provide lots of activity, while being academically integrated. We encourage healthy lifestyles and focus on improving motor skills and movement knowledge, and social and personal skills.

Our gym is equipped with two regulation nets located at either end of the gym that make up a regulation basketball court. We also have two portable adjustable basketball rims that can be adjusted for children. We are also able to set up our gym for three volleyball nets. The gym can be divided in half with our drop down curtain for extra privacy.
